Meet the River Riders Motorcycle Club and about 1,500+ of your friends and neighbors at Pirate’s Den in Parker (Arizona side) before noon for the 40th Annual Toy Run! 2017’s event brought over 1,800 bikes and about 5,000 people on the boulevard, and participants donated well over 3,000 toys.
START LOCATION
At 12pm sharp, depart from the Pirate’s Den in Parker (Arizona side) for a leisurely putt to the Flying X Saloon in Lake Havasu City (2030 N. McCulloch Blvd) where toys will be collected for distribution to children whose families are experiencing difficult times. All street-legal motorcycles and trikes are welcome to participate and please arrive early so everyone can ride together. All new, unwrapped toys will be collected at the end of the run. There will be plenty of food and a live band at the finish. Don’t miss out on the 50/50 drawing! Contact Paul Blazer for more information.
Spectators who wish to line Main Street to watch the River Riders pull in are invited to come down to McCulloch Blvd N at 12:30 p.m.
While you are out and about, make sure to stop by the New Horizons beer garden by Flying X Saloon from noon to 4pm; all proceeds will go to New Horizons.
McCulloch Blvd will be closed from Smoketree Ave to Acoma Blvd. There will be plenty of spectator parking behind the businesses off of Mesquite Ave or Swanson Ave. Please plan accordingly. Event dates, times and/or details are subject to change. Please contact event coordinator to verify information.
