SUMMARY:Havasu Heat Outrigger Race at Rotary Park in Lake Havasu
DESCRIPTION:Head down to the beaches to watch professional teams descend on the waters of Lake Havasu for the 4th Annual Havasu Heat Outrigger Race! \nTeams will be racing in outrigger canoes\, which feature a side support float\, as well as on stand-up paddleboards (SUPs)! \nHosted by the Lake Havasu City Outrigger Canoe Club\, the race features single competitors\, dual\, six-person teams\, and SUP racers from Arizona\, Southern California and New Mexico. \nThe Long Course Races start at 7am and the Short Course Races start at 10am at the northern end of Rotary Park at 1400 S. Smoketree Ave. \nThe competitors will be taking off from the beaches of Rotary Park and head south toward Pilot Rock for the turnaround.
