In 2020 American Mile released their debut-album “The Longest Road”. Grammy Nominated Producers/Songwriters Bruce Witkin and Keith Nelson contributed to the 11 track release\, and in 2021 the band started working along-side national booking agency Mason Entertainment. 2022 saw American Mile performing over 250 shows\, and the future is looking bright. \nWith no signs of slowing down\, American Mile is fully focused on becoming a strong force in the music industry. \n

DESCRIPTION:Barry’s beginnings were unusual. After graduating from Northwestern University and completing a successful run in the famous Mee-Ow show (who’s celebrity members have included Julia Louis Dreyfus\, Dermot Mulroney\, George Newborn\, Craig Bierko\, Seth Meyers\, and Ana Gasteyer)\, his brother dared him to go onstage at an open mic to do a routine. Barry was hit that night\, and knew that stand-up comedy was his next mountain to climb. \nBarry learned from the best comedians in the country. Jerry Seinfeld was a regular. He watched people like Bill Maher\, Ellen Degeneres\, Paul Reiser\, and Tim Allen just to name a few. Barry learned by not only watching these comics but by being a good listener when these comics would talk comedy. \nBarry’s style is clean\, high energy\, and relationship material was a hit in almost every market. He quickly moved up the comedy ladder and was on cable and network tv\, from MTV\, NBC\, Comedy Central\, and VH-1. Barry’s act was noticed by a production company that loved his Counselor of Love persona\, and his act is currently being shopped as a sitcom called The Counselor of Love that Barry wrote along with his partner Dan Patterson\, who was creator and executive producer of Who’s Line Is It Anyway? \n \nA California native\, Stand-Up Comedian Catherine Donnelly grew up in Orange County\, and was raised Catholic. \nGrowing up with three sisters\, she is the middle child of two attorneys. She graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Psychology and became a risk management insurance broker just out of college. She quickly discovered that the cubicle was sucking the life out of her and decided to quit to become a fitness instructor. She trained clients at the Biggest Loser Resort in Malibu until she got kicked out for wearing short shorts. \nAfter stumbling upon UCB and watching comedians like Lauren Lapkus and Mary Holland\, Catherine began taking improv and sketch classes and has been hooked on comedy ever since. \nShe’s been dating her Floridian boyfriend for almost six years and they live together in south central LA. DESCRIPTION:45th Annual Parker Tube Float \nThe Parker Tube Float – The biggest Party on the Parker Strip! #ParkerTubeFloat or #ParkerTubeFloat2023\nThe 45th Annual Parker Tube Float will be held on Saturday June 10\, 2023.Online Registration will open March 1\, 2023. Online Registration will be closed June 4\, 2023 so we can organize everything for the event. Register at www.parkerfun.com \nYou can register online or by visiting the Parker Regional Chamber of Commerce & Tourism office or at one of the off site locations (will be announced after registration opens). \nThe 44th Annual Parker Tube Float registration will be at La Paz County Park from 8 A.M to 11 A.M. with the float ending at 4 P.M. (NO-WAKE ZONE EXPIRES). Park at La Paz County Park ($10.00 parking fee) and we will shuttle you to Buckskin Mountain State Park where the starting line is. We will have air compressors available to inflate your floats and get ready to launch. Ice will also be available for purchase. Once you are ready you will enter the beautiful Colorado River\, passing many different bars and restaurants as you float down to the finish line at La Paz County Park/Pirate’s Den Resort located where you originally parked. \nWe strongly suggest you pre-register as it is $30.00 per person. Once pre-registration closes the fee is $40.00 per person including if you register the morning of the event. An additional fee of $30.00 is required if you will be using a motorized vessel to assist your floating group. \n\n\nGET TICKETS
