Calvary exists to lead people to a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ through the love of His people and the power of His truth!
We aim to do this by making the power of God’s truth clear and available. This means Calvary has practical Bible-based teaching, engaging worship, and plenty of opportunities to connect with others and form relationships.
Calvary is one church with three locations in Lake Havasu City and Parker, Arizona. Calvary exists to lead people to a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ through the love of His people and the power of His truth.
This mission guides each ministry and decision made at Calvary. We are a community of God-followers who are passionate about seeing people’s lives changed because of a face-to-face encounter with Jesus Christ.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Below are the 5 Essential Doctrines of Calvary:
- The Bible is the inerrant, inspired Word of God that tells us what to believe and how to live.
- There is one God, revealed in three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- Jesus Christ came in the flesh born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross to pay for our sins, was raised from the dead, ascended into Heaven and will come again to judge the living and the dead.
- All people are sinners and need the grace of God.
- Salvation is only through faith in Jesus
