Bullhead City Community Park, 1251 Arizona Hwy 95, Bullhead, Arizona.
The Bullhead City Community Park, here in Bullhead City, Arizona, is located right off Hwy 95 and South of the Bridge over to Nevada. This is one fine park. Being located on the Colorado River it also provides nice views of Laughlin, Nevada, which is across the Colorado River from the Community Park.
There are beach views and beach activities. The beach is very small, however children can access it and splash around and have fun. There are also play areas for the children with a variety of things for them to play upon. There are boat ramps for those who have speedboats and water powered jet skis.
There are also several historical exhibits (an old mining lift and school house). There is a very large, covered, Rotary Ramada. Perhaps just a tad on the down-side, I did encounter several significant enclaves of street people who made comments at me about my taking photos of the park. These enclaves of street people were in picnic areas. I noticed that park visitors were not in the area where the street people were.
